Documents to be provided by all visa applicants

• Clear copy of passport
• Two recent 35mm x 45mm sized photographs with a white background.
• Original letter of employment from sponsor in Saudi Arabia, stating employment status, position, length of contract, start date of employment (complete with month, day & year) and salary, & stamped by the Chamber of Commerce.
• Original medical insurance (and one copy of it) with a minimum coverage of €30,000, covering the entire period of intended stay, valid for all Schengen States and covering any expenses which might arise in connection with repatriation for medical reason, urgent medical attention, emergency hospital treatment or death during stay.
• Bank statement (in English) for the past 6 months and stamped from the bank itself.
• Original passport valid for further six months period after the intended departure from the territory of the Schengen States. It must contain at least two blank pages and have been issued within the previous 10 years.
• Clear copy of the Saudi ID card [for Saudi citizens] & Saudi Family card (if travelling with family)
• Copy of Previous Schengen visas if any

Additional, for Non-Saudi Nationals

• Iqama and 1 copy thereof (Sponsor’s name on Iqama must match with the Employer’s name). Must be valid at least 3 months from the date of expiration.
• Saudi Arabian exit re-entry visa valid beyond the intended date of departure from the territory of the Schengen States.
• Applicants who are students are required to get a certification from their school.

Please note:
• The visa must be applied in person. (No exceptions).
• All documentation must be submitted in English language.
• It is important to remind you that:
o The original passport must be signed by the holder, valid at least six months beyond expiration of the requested visa.
o For minors travelling without their parents/legal guardian, it is required an original authorization signed by their parents/legal guardian and a copy of passport(s) of parents/legal guardian.
o Processing time of the visa is 15 working days and will start count the day after the date of
appointment, sometimes it can go for more depending on the volume of applicants at the embassy.
o During processing your passports cannot be withdrawn regardless of whatever reasons, the
processing must be finished.
o ThedurationofthevisaisdecidedbytheEmbassy,notbyrequest.

Required Documents:
1. A clear photocopy of the passport along with all stamped pages
2. A clear photocopy of the national ID or residence permit (iqama)
3. A bank statement showing six month’s worth of financials
4. A letter from your employer showing:

• Your position, your salary, start date as well as acknowledging the amount of time you will be spending abroad
•  If you work for a private company, your letter must be certified by the Chamber of Commerce
• If you are a government employee or government official, you do not need the letter to be certified.
• If the letter is in Arabic, you must obtain a certified translation in English.

5. If you’re self-employed or a company director, you must provide a copy of your commercial registration certificate
6. If your trip is being funded by someone else, you must provide their documentation as well (1,2,3,4,5)
7.Two 4.5×3.5 passport-sized photos with a white background, without any headwear or glasses
8. Proof of accommodation and flight tickets

Documents Required:

• 2 pcs. Recent 50mm x 60mm sized photographs with a white background.
• Original letter of employment from sponsor in Saudi Arabia, stating employment status, salary, position, start date of employment (complete with month, day & year) and stamped by the Chamber of Commerce.
• Original Travel insurance
• Bank statement for the past 3 months and stamped from the bank itself, with minimum balance of at least SAR 10,000.
• Original passport valid for further six months period after the intended departure from Turkey. It must contain at least two blank pages.
• Copy of Iqama (Sponsor’s name on Iqama must match with the Employer’s name). Must be valid at least 3 months from the date of expiration. Iqama should be issued in Western Province only; from Madinah, Tabuk, Makkah, Al Baha, Asir, Jazan
• Copy of Previous Turkish visas if any
• Plane Ticket and Hotel Reservation

It is important to remind you that:

o Processing time of the visa is usually 3 to 7 working days and will start count the day after the date of submission, sometimes it can go for more depending on the volume of applicants at the consulate.
o During processing your passports cannot be withdrawn regardless of whatever reasons, the processing must be finished.

DOCUMENTS NEEDED TO OBTAIN AN ENTRY VISA TO JAPAN :
1. Copy of Exit Re-Entry Visa to Saudi Arabia + Copy of Iqama for non
Saudis.
2. Guarantee Letter (Introduction Letter) respecting the following
conditions:
A) For Saudis a Letter From Work Place.
B) The Letter Should Be Addressed To The Consulate General of
Japan In Jeddah. (sample to be sent by email)
C) For Non-Saudis a Letter From Saudi Sponsor Duly Certified
by the Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

3. Valid Passport for at Least Six Months and Good for Travel to Japan.
4. Submit Two Recent Photo (Not more than six months old & white background)
(Size 2 inches × 2 inches)
5. Passport (Original + Copy).
6. Outline of Trip Schedule to Japan.
7. Confirmed Round Trip Ticket or Reservation.
8. Saudi ID and / or family card if travelling with family.
(All Documents Should Be In English Language)
= Processing time is 10 working days

China TOURIST VISA Requirements: :
(1) A passport and its copy. The passport needs to be in good condition and has a minimum validity of six
months and at least one blank visa page;
(2) Two recent color photos with the dimension of 33mm width x 48mm height and a white background.
(3) Saudi ID or Iqama ID with exit re-entry visa
(4) – if Private Employment:
Letter from the company and stated your job position, monthly salary, start of employment and employment
status. It needs to be certified by the chamber of commerce. If it’s in Arabic, you have to have it translated in
English.
– if Government Employment:
Letter from the Government office and stated your job position, monthly salary, start of employment and
employment status. If it’s in Arabic, you have to have it translated in English.
– if Business Owner:
A copy of your Business License certified by the chamber of commerce (translated to English)
(5) 6 months bank statement (in English) from the bank and stamped.
China BUSINESS VISA Requirements:
(1) Numbers 1, 2, 3 and 5 of the above.
(2) An invitation letter of the Company from China is required.
(3) A copy of your Business License of your company here in KSA certified by the chamber of commerce.
(4) Business license copy of the Chinese inviter and stamped from the chamber of commerce in China
(5) They should fill a form in china regarding the invitation, pls call the Chinese chamber of commerce for the
details.
(6) = 6 months bank statement (in English) from the bank and stamped.
NOTE : they only give single entry and processing time is 7 to 10 working days.
FOR: YEMEN & SYRIAN CITIZENS, NEED INVITATION FROM THE CHINESE GOVT EVEN IF APPLYING FOR TOURIST.
